Goooooooood morning! Wow! Yesterday was quite a day. TONS of things to learn but I'm ready! Last night Brogan didn't get shot...and honestly I didn't sleep well...he on the other hand slept fine...on top of MY pillow! I want to thank you for this forum and I appreciate ALL advice and suggestions given in good taste. :) I'm so new at all of this that I'm sorta overwhelmed...but I did manage to do his spreadsheet...I think. :) Anywho...Thanks again and we look forward to better days with yall! :)

Spreadsheet works :) it would help if you add to your signature what type of insulin you're giving. Seven units seems like a pretty high start dose for any of them - or perhaps you meant you shot at 7? The 'u' column is for the number of units shot you can also put @ whatever time it was if you like, after the number of units (see Vyktors ss). However much it was I think you're going to want to reduce on the basis of that 35  congrats on getting through your first cycle and awesome job on the testing

Tish has a thread going over on main

I think in order to not get confused the main forum should be the main place for you to post and this thread in the newbie section just remain your introduction. I hope that makes sense.

You done really well with the testing and I am glad you have taken the advice about dosing on board. Please do add the insulin you are using (Novalin I think) to your signature
