Leaving for 5 days and my daughter can do injections at 8 am and again at 5 pm. What do I dose? Cut back because of 9 hour interval?

Is she going to be able to test preshot levels?

That's an awfully short amount of time between daytime preshots. I don't really know what to advise. No possibility of her coming in earlier to do the AM shot?

I agree that 9 hours is a very short time between shots even for a flexible insulin like ProZinc. I really have no idea what to do.

I am at a loss also. You are getting a lot of bouncing from highs to lows. If you were going to be around awhile before leaving, I'd suggest getting preshots every time and then we could help you adjust the dose to stop the bouncing from high to low. From 167 to 600 represents too much insulin and a huge bounce that can set up the following cycles to be wonky.

Can you do any alternate arrangements, adding someone to one of the preshot times? Shooting every 9 hours when he is in such a volatile time with wild bouncing could be very dangerous.

I just took a look at her SS again and they are from 2015 and 2016. No data from Feb 2016 to today. I'm at a loss for any type of advice or suggestions.
