Hi gang!!! I hope all is well. We are great!!! Sugars are still in the 47 - 56 range, still at a good weight of 14.5lbs, still active like a kitten and still waking me up at 3am because he wants to either eat or play hide and seek in the dark.

So, I went to Kroger today and reminded myself to stop at the pet store for treats. I was just curious what kroger had though and cruised down the pet isle. And found these.

Would these be good for sugar kitties? (See pics below) 20171106_172056.jpg 20171106_172052.jpg 20171106_172056.jpg 20171106_172056.jpg 20171106_172052.jpg

Hi. Based just on the Guaranteed Analysis, it looks like they are half carbs so I would say no.

DEBONED CHICKEN, GROUND BROWN RICE, OATMEAL, CHICKEN LIVER, WHOLE GROUND PEAS, GARBANZO BEANS, MAPLE FLAVORED CORN SYRUP, VEGETABLE GLYCERIN, WHOLE GROUND FLAXSEED, BREWERS DRIED YEAST, NON FAT DRIED MILK POWDER, SALT, FISH OIL, NATURAL FLAVOR, GELATIN, CITRIC ACID, ZINC SULFATE, FERROUS SULFATE MONOHYDRATE, MANGANESE SULFATE, CALCIUM IODATE, COPPER SULFATE, SODIUM SELENITE, ROSEMARY EXTRACT, TAURINE.

    NO NO NO NO NO

Unfortunately, none of the "soft-moist" treats are OK for sugarcats.....they all have to have some kind of "binder" in them to hold them in the shape of the treat
