    Hi,

New member, lots of questions and will post in the main thread. Really not sure how to do this, but hope this gets sent.

You're doing this exactly right and it did get sent. You post in Feline Health the same way; scroll to the bottom and click on new thread. When you have more specific question about the insulin you're using you can post in one of the forums specific to your insulin.
You're profile is empty. Some people just don't want to be found or publish personal information. If that's not the case it would be helpful to give us your first name (even a made-up one), your cat's sex, name, age, type of insulin and pre-existing medical conditions. Also what time zone you're in.
How long ago was kitty diagnosed? What kind of education did your vet give you? (it varies wildly), what food, insulin and what dose is he getting? No two cats are the same so while the rules are there for a reason they don't apply to all cats. Noah is a high-dose bouncer, terms that will become familiar later.
For a better basic education read and maybe print the "stickies" you think would help. It will help with the lingo we use (curves, nadir, droolers, HYPO, BUPE etc.) No matter what you think you know there's always more to learn. Are you home testing? You can publish your cats spreadsheet here without privacy concerns so that more experienced members can help you with dosing. You've come to the right place, there are no stupid questions and being emotional only makes you human. If you're not sure about anything just ask.
There are many of us in the vast wastelands of Canada so you won't have to explain what Timmys is or a toque or why we say "I'm sorry" so often. Welcome to the club.

:D Mentals but I love that.

I cannot help you @Charsan as I am a greenhorn newbie too.

I don't need to be sorry as I'm a Brit that emigrated to New Zealand where everything in the world is just great , leading the world and make do.

You have found a fab site . You will get read overload but it is certainly a step or twenty in the right direction.
