After learning about the benefits of wet food for kitties, I have a question about feeding it to my new kitten. Hazel is almost 6 months old now and has been on grain free Wellness kitten food since coming home with me.
Can I switch to wet food, or does she need to continue to get "kitten" food until that 12 month mark? Just want to keep her healthy, but she sure loves to drink all the waters, which makes me nervous after having a diabetic cat. Any advice is appreciated!

Wet is always the better choice. You can get kitten wet food.

All the anned FF I have used says they are good for all life stages so they would be good for kittens.
Food that are not good for all life stages typically say senior or adult in the description and have to say only for adults in the feeding instructions on the label
