I just bought one yesterday, I didn't even realize it was on sale, what is the normal price (if you know)?

Yes-- there's a small space for a cold pack underneath the food compartments. It's really small, though, so what a lot of people do is to freeze portions of wet food for the later meals.

Indeed you can! I think it would be good at room temp at least 8-10 hours, maybe 12. One idea for later feedings is to make "foodsicles" with your wet food and put those in there. They'll melt and be ready to rock and roll for mealtime!! You can use regular ice cube trays or we bought a silicone ice cube tray so that it would be easy to get them out. Works beautifully. Another idea is to put food in and then put an icicle on the top of it to keep it cool. The ice cube will melt and add to the food, making it a bit of a slurry (which my cat loves).

The frozen food thing is such a lifesaver! I use a 2-bite cupcake dish. The plastic makes it easy to pop out :)
