    Good morning everyone,

Once again this morning Small Kitty has proven that green is not in the planning for him… It was yesterday but like usual he ran away from it… and this time it’s not because he went outside eating crap. It’s not the case cause he and his brother were inside last night. Garbage day is Wednesday and people will take their garbage out making for perfect target for potential high carb snack. They were nice last night, there were no meowing or pee… They were both standing by the window in front of the cat trap steering at me. This make me think that there is NO correct dose, to low and he’s gonna bounce, to hight and he’ll remain pink-yellow-blue L.

I met with a psychiatrist at the Montreal Neurological Hospital yesterday. Small Kitty turn me crazy and I need high dose of anti-depressor. (kidding, it’s to fight the side effects of the anti-epileptic). We had to stop the last one cause it was triggering seizures. After my release from hospital I made no less then 10 seizures in two weeks. This objective of being hospitalised was to record as many episodes as possible and they did, almost 15. When I left I ask if my case was to be put on ice for months or being investigated wile everything was fresh. There was to be a meeting the very next week to conclude if a surgery or any other electronic implant would be the permanent fix. When I met the Neurologist last week he was running away from the subject, all he was concern with was medication (which has proven not to works for years in my case). At one point he started to tell me he was overwork and on the edge of retirement cause the work load was too much. He stood up, tend me a script and showed me the door. He stayed cold when I told him that all these seizure brought havoc in my stability and safety, it seemed business as usual. I have an appointment in January, trust me I’m not leaving this office without a plan.. that has the potential to work.

Wish you have a good day with good numbers.

I'm terribly sorry to hear this, must have been hard to know it was from ''next door''... I've lived in areas
where I would not even have let my children go out but except for garbage day in South-West Montreal
it's pretty clean. There is little trash outside and the poplulation mostly at home at the time I let
the kitties go out. Both Small Kitty and Big Brother are from the open world from where I rescue them.
There is a good reason why I kept their nail intact, it's so they can defends themselves and they do it well.
You should see them set themselves to sleep after a night outside, it's obvious they spent some good
energy. I prefer they spend this kind of energy running, hunting.

That's hard to understand but if members would see how ''alive'' cats are when they can taste their
natural environment they would agree with the more. You should see them spinning when getting
out or in, like real tigers :cat:.

Sorry things are so frustrating with SK's dose, but bouncing is part of the process. Some kitties are more bouncy than others. Hopefully SK will flatten out for you soon. I hope you can get the doctor to work with you on a plan. Sending prayers.

Maybe, if he retires very soon, you will get a fresh doctor with more ambition to help you. All doctors seem over worked nowadays. Maybe our medical system is breaking?
