Can someone look at Rupert's spreadsheet to see if we keep his dosage the same or increase it a little bit? He has been on ProZinc counting today 5 full days... Thank you All in Advance...

Kudos on the good testing routine. I think you could try 2.25 u tonight and get at least a +2 this evening. You could also wait until tomorrow AM and aim for a nadir range test. You'll have to eyeball that dose to the best of your ability. If your syringes have half unit marks, it can be done.

I'm not sure if I can do .25 I've added pix of his syringes. What's a nadir range test?

Nadir is usually from +5 to +7. It can vary by cat and also vary over time. For now, try something in that range and see what number it gives you. :)

OK - those syringes only have whole unit markings. Here's what you can do: spend some time under a bright light guesstimating what 2.25 u looks like with coloured water. Once you're satisfied with it, use it as a reference syringe to hold along side the insulin syringe as a guide. If you use this same reference for every 2.25 u dose you'll be quite consistent dose to dose. Consistency is more important than absolute accuracy.
