Anyone who can advise me at all?

I'm running late on Jester's insulin now. And I cannot stall food anymore.

Sorry no one got to you this morning, I'm no good for dosing advice, but glad to see he had some greens today, 62 was a little scarey to see, but glad he was ok!

Actually, Rachel has been advising me via the linked thread most of the day.
That 62 is less scary when you take into account that I use generic strips which register about 10 - 20 lower than OEM strips on top of the human meter.

Any chance you might be around for the PMPS between 8:30 and 9:00PM EST? Just in case I need further advice as Rachel said she won't be available.

Thanks, in any case. I appreciate you touching base with me.

I just got home, sorry. Glad Rachel was here for you this morning! I'm not experienced enough to help with dosing advice, but will be around for a bit if you need anything else, I will do my best to help

That's very kind of you. I had to work it out on my own.

It looks like you handled it well, and now you have some helpful data! You'll know for the next time, that Jester would have been okay with 1.25u on pre-shots like that. It's always just a matter of trying the dose, getting the data, and reflecting on whether you liked the results or not. You're doing great!

Jester was back up to mid-200s this morning so I went with 1.25U.

+4 was 116 and that was non-fasting. Planning to check again at +6 to see where he is.
He's been eating like crazy - nearly a full can of cat food so I'm wondering how low he went before I did his mid-cycle.

I'm hoping this lasts and I can get him out of the 300s for a while.
