Why does always drop big at night?
I am so so so so tired. I cant keep staying up to 2am then get up to pick up dishes at 330am and to offer food at 330am.
Then up at 6am to test/feed/shoot.
Then i go to bed at 7am till 11am but I cant keep doing this.

How can i get him to drop more in daytime? I was trying to give more carbs at night which was working some till tonight.

I figured since he was in pink at pmps i would give less carb food for meal then he ate less but he ate 30mins after shot so should of been good.
Then +3.75 he vomited a furball.
203 at +4.25 so @100pt drop. He ate 7carb and a good amount of food. Almost at his amount of food for daytime and he dropped again. 143/+6.5.
Gave evo dry. He wont eat anymore wet food.

    So now what?
Ya he is safe bg now but i never know when he keeps doing big drops at night when i least expect it. So tired. I hate my life. Sleep is so needed. I am so miserable right now.

I know just how you feel. Unfortunately the kitties do what they want when they want! My girl has me up alot here lately. Sometimes all night long. I stay tired all the time. i am sleep deprived as well. What time do you give the PMPS? Maybe try bumping it back to an earlier time?? I have done that with my girl and her nadir is somewhat earlier. It is tiresome i know but that comes along with the diabetes and trying to keep an eye on our kitties. I have 28 dogs and cats here so it is not just my diabetic girl. I have a hyper T kitty and several senior kitties and dogs. It is always something going on here and i never get to sleep. Heck i am lucky to get coffee before lunch time! I hope your kitty will soon let you get some rest. :bighug:

Wow! You got a huge crew!! Not sure how you do that. I got my hands full with 2.
My pmps is 6oclock hour. I cant change time cause my bf helps in morning before work plus the cats bellies wont let time change either.
His nadir seems to be between +4-+8.
    Its like he cant decide.
Then i get yelled at for not having energy to do anything in daytime...he thinks i am lazy but i am just so tired.
It sucks but not sure how to make it better. Have tried so much.

Yeah it would make it pretty early to bump the shot back if your already at 6 oclock hour. Honestly, i run on empty all the time and adrenaline i guess!! This is very tiring i know and for anyone that has not sit up all night long just does not get it and fully understand how much it does drain a person. It for sure is physically and mentally challenging. Maybe get a timed feeder if you don't have one. I plan on getting one to try with my girl even though i feed raw. I need one for when i need to leave her for more than a few hrs at a time. Take a cell phone or clock and set an alarm like i do to get up after laying down even if you only get to lay down for an hour. Maybe take a few short naps during the day if your able. I know how tiring it is and i do understand. I hate that the kitties have to go through this as well as us. i hope you can soon get some much needed rest and i'm around if you ever need to talk. Take care. :)

Any chance you can use a timed feeder? You may have to separate the kitties so the other won't eat it but it might allow some much needed rest. I completely understand the sleep deprivation :bighug::blackeye:

I got 3 of them. He ignores it. He seems to like to eat with an audience. I have tried many times to use in daytime and leave and he waits till i walk in the door to eat.
