Ketone Testing Strips

I've been testing with One Step VET 10 strips I ordered through Amazon. My daughter sent me some One Earth health ketone strips and I previously purchased a bottle of Terumo via the Vet. Does anyone have any idea of the level of accuracy for any of these? VET 10 strips test for everything from Urobillinogen to Leukocytes (but they admit it is clinically inaccurate for the latter). What other testing strips are out there that are easy to use and don't require a variety of times to check for each test?

 

I use Bayer Ketodiastix that show urine ketones and urine glucose. I don't pay much attention to the BG portion because my BG tests are better for that. I think Bayer makes plain Ketostix too.

 

Thank you so much. I am trying to get as many options as possible because as we all know, when we need something, they are sold out or no longer carry that particular item. I'm going to add the Bayer Ketodiastix to my list. At the moment I have more than 400 strips so it may be a while before I order.

 

Check the expiry date. Mine say to discard 4 months after the bottle is opened.

 

I just get the ReliOn strips from Walmart.

 

Yeah - The OneEarthHealth state 3 months after the bottle is opened. However the expiration date on the unopened bottle is February 2020. So I guess as long as I don't open until I use, I should be okay. The VET 10 strips say as long as I keep them in the closed container out of direct light and in a cool place (not refrigerated) they are good until the expiration date on the bottle which is July of 2019. Appears I should be okay for awhile since I store them in the bottom desk drawer. I'll just be sure to note the date I opened the respective bottle of the OneEarthHealth brand. Appreciate that - I am trying to locate the Walmart comparable store here but believe they are limited to mainland Japan at present, but not sure.
