Today was absolutely crazy. At my new place the dumpsters are out back where my windows are and right when I got the drop of blood and was ready to put the meter to it, trash truck lifted the dumpster and scared the crap out of her which usually never ever happens. However it was right at 11 a.m. and I had inspections for my apartment today at that time so I was unable to get another reading because she wouldn't let me so I went ahead and gave her the one unit, and +tested her plus four4 + got 215. I do not know why she's been high lately last few readings anyhow I'll see how tonight goes

It looks like she bounced from that 57 in the evening of the 2nd. But you have also moved the dose around a lot from .75u on the evening of the 3rd, to 1u in the morning of the 4th and then 1.25u in the evening, back to 1u yesterday morning then 1.25u last night. That can cause some wonky numbers.

You may want to go back to the .75u and keep that dose steady for at least 6 cycles to see if she earned that reduction on the 2nd and if numbers don't improve then go back up to the 1u.
