Popping in to see how all our furbabies are doing!

Fritz is doing good. He had a small black blister on his outer lower lip. I noticed it Saturday and have been keeping on eye on it. It appears to be going away. Funny thing is I e-mailed a mobile vet that am and still have not heard back. oh well I probably saved myself over $100.00.

    Have a great day!

Nice numbers. Hope the black blister is no trouble. Don't tell @JeffJ - he might want to pop it after watching too many videos about blackheads! :stop:

Yuk! I won't say a word about it to him:blackeye:;)
I googled it and saw it could be an ulcer Eosinophilic granulomas. Odd thing is he has been on oral steroids for asthma for a while, and within the last couple weeks tapered him off, and one of the treatments for the ulcer is steroids. It is always something with my kitty Fritz:eek::rolleyes: we take it one day at a time

LOL! Yes, I was on the dark side of Youtube last night. There are blackhead popping vids. Many have millions of views. A great use of technology - NOT!

Little Dude was developing black spots on his gums when we adopted him as a feral in July 2016. He has more of them now. However, Leo still loves him. Picture from this week.

I'm glad Fritz is doing well and the blister is clearing up. I hope it doesn't come back. Sending prayers.

Hi Deb!! It's great to see you and hear an update on Fritz! I hope the little black blister is innocuous and of no concern.

Hi Bobbie! Fritz is doing great he's been off the oral pred. for awhile now:) I have kept in on the inhaler. His weight is still increasing even though he's eating less. Go figure:banghead::banghead:
The blister is completely gone. I did not have to take him in to the vet.;)
Hope all is well with you and Bubba is back to his outdoor outings:cat:
