Well it's late but it's been one of those kinds of days!! Hope everyone got out to vote!

Miss China's been a very good kitty today while her mama had to be out taking care of her mama. Thank goodness I know her so well because that drop at +2 would have driven me crazy a few years ago!

Good news for Grandmabean from the cardiologist.....he said she's very stable and actually admitted he was surprised she was doing so well. He had predicted she had less than 6 months left in May 2016

Way to show 'em Mom!! For an 89 year old (on 11/13) with 18% of a working heart and in stage 4 kidney failure, you keep chugging on!!

Watching the vote totals with great interest tonight....got to admit, I like what I'm seeing so far, but Missouri is a big battleground for the Senate and it may be awhile before they can call it (if not tomorrow)

Hope you're all having a great evening!!

(ahhh shoot....forgot it's trash night....still got work to do)

I totally agree, even though she has alzheimers (which has to be the cruelest disease ever)

At least she still knows who I am even if she can't keep up with a simple conversation.

I go out and vote in every election. Generally I see very little change in my life from whomever gets elected over the years. I pay mostly the same taxes, and I mostly don't get much return from all that outgoing money.

Alzheimers and other brain degenerative diseases are tough. My Dad died from Parkinsons in 2011. At the end, his mind was mostly toast.

Yeah, I agree with you there....but I firmly believe that if you don't vote, you forgo your right to bit** about what you get.

I value my right to complain too much not to vote
