We overslept with 1,5 h last am (alarm didn't go off? Or no idea what happened really). Kitty puked right after I woke up. That combined with lower numbers made me skip it, and her get on a schedule of a couple of hours earlier.

Now it's been 22 hours since last injection and she is at 7.1

Shoot a drop or two ? Or nothing at all?

I know you might not be awake, and that I might have to decide on my own, but I'm asking anyway. Then at least I will make better decisions next time :)

I'd suggest you add the '?' to your thread to catch the attention of the experts.

I'm not familiar with Levimer or the dosing - but with Lantus consistency is important - not to change the dosage too fast. It appears you change the dosage quickly - since you're new - when in doubt - hold until you get some responses from the experts. I'll tag @Wendy&Neko, @Chris & China here for you - so they can help as I have to go to work now. They can help you with your thread title and dosage recommendations.

The dose has been changed quickly as it's a cat who's numbers shot up when she got ill, and they seem to fall as quick as they rised, now that she is better. This is why the dose is not held for days before reducing again. I'm not comfortable with that. Rather shoot too low that too high.
