Wow! Ravan has had 11 cycles of green, with only 3 low blue preshots and one rogue blue caught at a +4! Awesome! Are you still using calipers?

Yes, but honestly , I don't feel they make a difference. Ravan had 18 & then 20 cycles of great #'s before I started using calipers. I really do believe he is in control, not me. I've seen cats go into remission
& the people were NOT using calipers. I need to return the calipers in a few days & that's OK. It's up to him what happens, not me & calipers! :)

I prefer to keep it simple. The less I do, the better for me & Ravan. As long as he acts OK I'm happy.

Ravan's sister Peggy Sue has not been feeling well. I had blood work. It indicates very high liver enzymes. Vet says it might be cancer. The only way to know is an ultrasound. If it's cancer, surgery etc. I won't do that. I told the vet

I'll try to keep her pain free & let nature take it's course. Today she was playing. One day at a time. I will not stress her out to try & "Save" her.Right now she has been fighting me,hiding when I try to give her Milk thistle for her liver.

I won't force her. I want whatever time she has left to be peaceful & as stress free as possible. I really believe the stress will kill her faster if I force her to take meds. It's difficult. That's my problem ,letting go.
I won't try to prolong her life for my need to keep her here. It's not easy letting go. I love her & want her to live as long as possible but I need to accept that it's for me not her.

I've buried 16 much loved kitties in my flower garden. I remember each one. It's so hard to let them go!

I'm sorry about your girl...I hope it isn't cancer. a time comes when all we can do is keep them as comfortable and peaceful as possible. It is so hard to say goodbye.
    With love, Nikki
