Back to red this morning so I gave him 3.5 again. I thought 3.25 will not be enough to make a difference from a 23.6 AMPS after last night's flat cycle (which, btw, I'd take any day over the continuous reds ).

+7 was 18.2 today so I'm expecting anything from blue to red for PMPS :joyful:

Sigh... I too would prefer to see flat yellows over all the reds. And what you'll get tonight is anyone's guess really. I think it's about time we got a run of nice numbers again... COME ON PERLUTZ!!

He didn't listen to you this time @Diana&Tom :( Pink PMPS and went to red at +4 and still red this morning

Hmm I think he is okay with this weather, it's only mid twenties in Maidenhead these days.

I'm looking on the SS at the last time his numbers improved and the first days were the same, all over the show with both low and high numbers so I'm not losing all hope yet that he'll improve again...

Also, I just opened his SS from the link in my signature and I couldn't see any of the comments I usually put it  Can you see them or is that something only the SS owner can see? :blackeye:

Good for you, don't lose hope! Numbers all over the show are not unusual in unregulated diabetic cats. Contrary creatures ;)
I can see a few comments on the ss, the last one was on 25 August I think... have you added anything since then?

I meant the comments we can add in every cell of the SS... I’ll attach a picture

@Diana&Tom if you hoover over last night's +4, there should be a comment showing that says I fed him 1/4 Applaws. But it looks like I'm the only one seeing them :banghead:

@MrWorfMen's Mom are you looking at the world or US sheet? The US doesn't seem to automatically update text, only numbers and I'm really bad at putting the comments in both

I looked at both the sheets for the reason you mentioned. The cells are set up to do a math calculation between the World and US sheets. When you insert text into one of those cells, it has no idea how to deal with it and you get "#value" signifying it doesn't understand the input or what to do with it. The only way to deal with that problem is to manually fill in the US sheet. A bit clunky but unfortunately, there isn't another way around it as far as I know. The woman who made the template is quite the Google sheet guru so I think if there was a fix, it would have been done long ago. :(

I knew about the issue with text resulting in "#value" on the US tab but I thought people would be able to see my comments in the world one. There's nothing if you hover over the +4 from yesterday's PM cycle, right?

Right. I specifically looked there and clicked to make sure it wasn't just my eyes not seeing the little triangle that displays in the upper corner of cells with comments. I don't see the little triangle at all. :banghead: Try using "insert note" instead of comment and let's see if we can see that.

I did that for today's +7, should read "test"

EDIT: I can't see it when I click the SS link in my signature

Well so much for that brilliant idea. Not seeing anything on either sheet. :arghh::arghh::arghh::arghh::arghh::arghh: I'm going to hunt to see if I can find the old posts about this. Unfortunately our google sheet guru is over on your side of the ocean in Scotland right now or we could knock on her door for some help. :blackeye:

I'll ask my Excel guru if he has any ideas for the comments. I know he came up with a solution for the text to automatically update on the US tab as well but I deemed it too complicated and vowed to do it manually  I might need to admit defeat and do it his way :D

No you're not :) Just think of a few words to describe your current or immediate situation, eg "bg still erratic, ideas needed please" or "feeling stuck and not sure where this is going"... whatever you think is an important question for people to answer...

Thanks you for the suggestions, Diana :bighug: I’ll create a new thread tomorrow.

He was in mid twenties tonight  Will get some more testing when we’re back home (we’re off to a party and one of the guests is an intern at RVC so we all know what I’ll be talking about all night )
