    Squirrel's Sheet
    Squirrel (10 yo male DMH dx 12/26/16); unregulated with progressive weight loss. Originally on Novolin N but switched to Vetsulin (2.5 units 2x day). Pancreatitis Spec fPL 23.2 four weeks ago (was 7.4 in December). Feeding Primal FD, Weruva, Tiki, Wellness, and any food from the low carb/low phosphorus list he will eat. Home testing with Relion Micro.
