    Yesterday's Condo

    Last Night:
    313 PMPS
    347 +1.75
    194 +5.25
    252 +8.25

He's probably going to get a dose increase tonight.

J.D. ate most of his 1st Breffis which is a double helping. I hope once he is done with these ABs that his appetite will pick up and he'll go back to eating all of his Breffis and all of Ginger's again. I think Monday night is his last pill.

It's lightly raining here, and so J.D. is on the deck licking his bowl and Ginger is sitting on the porch under the overhang watching her domain.

My cats have refused FF Turkey & Giblets so adamently, that I finally stopped buying it about 9 months to a year ago. I was looking for some other flavors, as I feel so limited with Chunky Chicken, Chunky Turkey, and sometimes they'll eat Gourmet Chicken, Roasted Chicken, or Roasted Turkey. I found a Turkey & Giblets made by Great Choice and served it this morning, and the cats have eaten it. Well most of it. Once crumbled freeze dried chicken was applied.

I couldn't handle the smell of urine last night in my condo. The litter box is next to my desk where my computer is. And I am guessing that the carpet never has a chance to dry out. I am guessing that J.D. peed in one spot right on the other side of the pee pad, and I soaked it with Nature's Miracle Advanced, and he peed again and I soaked it again and over and over and over until it never dries up and it still stinks and I'm not sure if he is peeing there when I'm not home or it's just constantly wet there. I have not seen him go on the carpet in days. This morning, he has gone all the way into his new litter box twice and peed in the gravel and gotten Praise and Treats :). Eventually, last night, I just got a big bath towel and covered over the perpetually wet spot and hope it dries and stops smelling eventually. Has anyone ever tried Zero Odor? I'm thinking about ordering some.

I hope everyone has a good day.

Tomorrow is a day off and time for sleeping in :)

Come on down JD! Glad to hear they ate the Turkey.

Tarragon was a big sprayer. He would only spray on carpet. We used the zero odor and it did seem to help more than Nature's Miracle. We finally just took up all the carpet except in the bedrooms.

    Have a great day Dyana!

I have attached something I printed out on getting rid of urine smells. Someone posted this one time in a condo. It is the only thing that has worked for me. I tried Nature's Miracle and it made it worse.

I came home from work and my cats loves me.
I won a free lunch from a sandwich shop and had to think "what would my cats like?" Normally, I would get something beef, but since J.D.'s beef intake is limited I ordered a turkey sandwich.
My kitties loved that I thought of them.

J.D. has eaten okay tonight. I can't wait until these ABs are done.

We went for a short walk, and J.D. is now on the deck but all kitties will need to be brought in soon as bedtime is nigh.

Hi Dyana! Glad the kitties are happy with their treat!
In regards to the urine in the carpet....Ralphie used to do that all the time, in the corner by the buffet, where their litter box is. Litter box has been there since I moved in. I also had the same problem....Ralph would pee, I would clean, clean, clean it....he would pee...a vicious cycle. I pulled up the corner of the carpet, cut the peed padding out, scrubbed the hard wood floor, put a fan on it to dry and put new padding in the area that was cut out. Still peed there. Cycle again... The carpet NEVER got a chance to dry out and finally just rotted and then I had to pull up the carpet. I used everything....vinegar is supposed to be a good cleaner, but it just didn't smell right. You will not get the smell out unless you pull up the carpet and get the urine out of the padding and floor underneath.
