I have a bottle of insulin that was opened 11 days ago. My newly diagnosed cat succumbed to an unexpected complication (something else was going on) a couple days ago. I'm still numb from the events of this past week but would like to help another cat that can use the insulin. Any ideas?

I am so sorry for the loss of your kitty, that is very nice that you want to donate the insulin. There is a section called, The Supply Closet just for this sort of thing. You have to be logged into to see it.

I'm so sorry to hear about your little one... :( It must be such a shock ... :bighug:

It is so very good of you to think of other kitties at this so-sad time.

Here's a link to the Supply Closet.

Blessings to you and your Spirit fur baby.

If you have a good vet, and don't find anyone local enough to give it to on here, you could donate it to the vet for use in the clinic. Or like my vet, if they have it on hand, they will provide a vial, even a partial vial, to new sugar parents.
