8/11 Neko AMPS 268 +10 140 PMPS 225 - not cancer!

    Yesterday, Neko found green again and her pancreas/liver panicked.

    8/10 Recap:
    AMPS 76:D +4.5 290 +9 191
    PMPS 369:stop: +2 481

    If the old juice Neko was on was bad and I'm just getting good juice into her now, this is cycle 6 of the "increase". At least she showed me green at this dose, so I'll hold and see what happens once her typical oscillations slow down. She usually bounces around a bit, but was a tad over dramatic this time.:rolleyes: Normally I wouldn't be happy with a yellow start, but it could be worse.

    No teeth grinding today. :):) Instead, when she howled and woke me up for her early morning yogurt/Azodyl treat, I got purring while she waited. :joyful: A much nicer sound than grinding. Maybe yesterday was just a one off. She is seeming more comfortable around the area where she had the operation. She was grooming her cheeks today and really wants me to scritch there, but I'm trying not to go too close to the incision site. We finally have a 5 P day today. I had been worried about the impact of extra bupe.

    Still no word on the biopsy results. :nailbiting: Thinking of Tricia/Cinco today - I hate the wait.

    Hope Neko's results of her biopsy are positive. Coral goes in for surgery tomorrow to remove a lump in her neck. Tests came back with moderate signs for malignancy so vet is removing and then send for further biopsy. This is something that has transpired since her 3 day ER visit to Medford after her diagnosis 6/19. Sending hugs, kitty purrrrs and best wishes.

    The waiting is the worst part, but Neko is recovering well and good news on a 5 P day, think positive, lots of vines whizzing their way to you.:bighug:

    Just got the call from dental vetty - not cancer! He was surprised as that wasn't what he was thinking, but I am dancing here!!! :joyful::joyful::joyful::joyful: It's just an osteoma - could have been some trauma that caused it. Follow-up visit on Thursday. Thank you all for your good vines - it works!

I love the dancing happy smilies! :joyful::joyful: I don't drink alcohol, but I did celebrate with a Belgian mocha at a local coffee joint - they use melted real dark chocolate and yogurt. Yumm! And I splurged on a package of raw wild boar for the kitties for the upcoming meal rotation. Neko celebrated by coming down to blue for me.:) Can't get much better than no cancer and ditching reds. This is the second time this year I've waited for biopsy results for Neko, and it gets old real fast. Last one the vet didn't think it was C and the biopsy was a precaution so I wasn't as worried. This time he was mentally preparing me for possible removal of the mandible (lower jaw). HUGE relief here.

    ETA: Now it's time to redirect all those fantastic vines for Tricia and Cinco.
