Hi! My 14 yr old went into the vets today for throwing up from last night & this morning & being lethargic. He also has had more bowel movements then normal in the past month. Vet said he had no fever but was dehydrated. He was just diagnosed a mth ago with a bladder infection & was given Clavamox thovthey overlooked Orbax which works best on him. He's been diabetic 3 1/2 yrs & on 2 1/2 units of Lantus. I test regularly. He was at 247 today at 3+ which is normal for him. Any help would be appreciated! Vet said he might need potassium supplements. His thyroid was tested a mth ago & was fine. Thanks for ANY help!!

I would have a pancreatitis test run. How are the stools, loose? Constipation can also cause vomiting.
