    @Robin&BB @Sue and Oliver (GA) @Rachel
    I just gave Murphy his last shot of Prozinc and for some reason I'm all emotional about it - the three of you (and @Sharon14 and @Bobbie And Bubba) have helped me so much over these last 10 months - more than you could possibly ever know. I remember posting a thread early one Sunday morning titled "I'm having a meltdown" and you calmly talked me through it
    I so hate to leave this forum - you three are caring, supportive, helpful, nonjudgmental, brilliant and all around wonderful. You didn't even care that I used AlphaTrak2. I wish I didn't have to switch
    You guys are simply the best and this forum exemplifies the ideals of the FDMB. I wish I could give you an award or some token of my appreciation - you certainly have my eternal gratefulness

    Awww Carol! I feel the same way about the people you mentioned. It doesn't feel like enough to just say it, you want to thank them in person and hug them right?
    You will be fine Carol, it's not like you can't contact them :) just make an update thread sometimes and tag them;)

    I will follow your thread in the L&L part of the forum! :bighug::kiss:

    Carol:bighug: I felt the same way when I switched. Like I was moving far away leaving all my friends, but I think I post here as much as I ever did and Sue, Robin and Rachel are just a tag away.

    Ah, Carol. You have definitely given as much as you have received - helping with newbies, particularly those with food issues. We will miss you but hope you'll come back and check in. And I will have fingers and paws crossed that Levemir will prove to be the right insulin for Murphy.

    It took me forever to jump over to Levemir I just kept hoping Prozinc woykd be the insulin to take Fritz into remission. It's a great insulin just not for every kitty!
    Nice to have all the forums and awesome beans at one place.
    Welcome to L & L;)

    Aw Carol! You just made me tear up a bit!

    I understand what you're feeling. But remember, we are still here for you! And I'm going to expect you to come by sometimes and let us know how things are going. I'll admit, I check in on the L forum sometimes...just to see how folks who switched are doing. The people in that forum are truly just as wonderful. Once you get situated there, I think you'll really like it, just like you like it here!

    You've done so much for the people in this forum. Remember, it's not just a few of us...it's EVERYONE who posts, even when they are just giving some hugs and encouragement when someone is having a tough day.

    I truly hope that Lev helps Murphy! I can't wait to see how things go!

    I was looking at his spreadsheet and with my cat I need at least 2-3 full days of a dose to get it stable. Even changing it by .25U would alter it. It also looks like he is bouncing too, those nice green numbers followed by the magenta. With those lows, I would personally reduce the dose and feed him the same food/mix till you get a good few days of comparable stable numbers. I don't know anything about Levamir and it's action
    With my cat I've gone the range of keeping him stable at .5U to the current 3u of the PZI. I've also chased numbers around with the needle too and it doesn't work too well.

    FYI
