If you don't see green today I'd probably increase. See what others have to say and might be good to add the "?" to the title and put dose advise.

 

I think he dipped his toes into green yesterday with that 129 but I do think he's got room for improvement. If he doesn't see more numbers towards green (remember Deb is using an AT), I'd take his dose up but if it were me, I'd probably wait until tomorrow so I didn't have to worry about a drop into green at night potentially right away.

Dose increases are in 0.25u increments when your kitty's nadirs are generally below 200. You want to increase systematically not overly aggressively!!

 

As Sienne said, 0.25u.

Generally (there occasionally might be exceptions) we do 0.5u increases when:

• Under the TR protocol, nadirs are above 300
• Kitties whose doses are getting above 5u
• Kitties who might need to be "fast tracked" (perhaps if kitty has DKA, for example)

Looks like Marje's crystal ball was working again tonight. This cycle is looking a bit like the night of the 21st. I wouldn't go longer than 2 hours before testing again.

He's got a long cycle to go so you might be doing some testing tonight. At +3.5 he's barely onset.

He just might earn that reduction!

As he is on Lev a I think I would feed him a little LC at the moment a teaspoon or two see if you can get him to surf. If you have some higher carb LC you could try that.

 

Ok I'll give him a teaspoon of LC he's sensitive to carbs. I'm hoping he surfs around 68 or so would love to see him get a deduction. I'm using AT meter.

I realized you were using an AT. but you do right in reminding, sometimes folk miss that.
With Lev the nadir can be a little later, so you may have to hang around with him for a couple of hours yet. (having said that looking at your ss when he has had active cycles, he seems to have nadired at +6 or so, but it's early days yet in terms of the amount of Lev data you have so it'll be a while yet before you can say if that's atypical pattern for Fritz)
