Rudy, pink and yellow are not your colors. Please come down to blue!!

Praying for blue.

Thank you. He looks so much nicer in blue. Compliments his eyes.

It looks like Rudy needs a dosecrease. If you don't see blue today, you may want to go back to 2 units tomorrow. :bighug:

I just might increase tonight. I'll see how the day goes. Rudy's a dose wobbler. He usually only needs 1-2 cycles at the increased dose to get stuff moving before reducing again.

His dose will be a little wacky this weekend with my petsitter Sunday/Monday. She didn't understand the half unit marks on his syringes the other day, so she might only be able to give 1 whole unit vs. his regular dose. I'm hoping she figures it out with the old Lantus and different syringes I gave her for practice draws. Or with the fruit punch filled syringe I leave her for comparison. If she's still unsure - CSD it is.

I forgot about the petsitter. You may want to increase tonight to get him on the new dose for a couple of days before it is reduced for the petsitter.

Yep. I want her to be able to give as close to whatever his regular dose is as possible. She's an awesome petsitter, but this is her first time staying with the herd since Rudy was diagnosed. I want it to be as easy on her as possible. And I think we're both a little nervous.

Increased Rudy by .25 to 2 units on the PM cycle to try to get things moving out of pink and yellow. He seems to be stuck. If history repeats itself - a dose or two with the bump up should do it for my little dose wobbler. We shall see what he's doing at +2. Paws crossed...
