Do pain meds and fluids have impact on bg and if so is there an order in which they should be given? My boy has chronic panc and I think going through a flare. Also what about timing for anti nausea? And should I be giving insulin if he's vomited?

Pain can cause the BG to rise. Tge first time I gave Max fluids his BG dropped but not after that. I don't think order matters.

ECID but Max didn't. I would just try and get a few extra tests in to see how he responds.
