Our hearts go out to Elizabeth (@elizabeth and gus ) this evening. Brave Gus is flying free.

Good Evening, L&LL, on the night of the Full Hunters' Moon (or the 2nd Harvest Moon, depending on which source you follow). Our kitties will be partying, and visiting with their GA pals during the Circle of Remembrance. See the separate Full Moon condo for the party plans.

Rusty had a good day, ate his food (he still likes RAWZ a lot), and enjoyed some outdoor time in the sunshine. We are having more warm, Indian Summer weather.
Edward got his new suit today, so he has something to wear to the wedding on Saturday. I rummaged through my closet and found something appropriate. I can't wear my jeans!

How wonderful to see Rusty posting such great numbers! :D:D:D:cool: WTG Rusty! I hope all is well with him. Sounds like he's doing great.

I hope you and Edward are doing well. All is moving along here. DH is good, still going to PT, which has really helped him. Nicholas and William are fully into the school year, and having such a good time with it all. Even in 1st grade Nicholas had homework. :eek: He com0leted his first science project, creating his own planet. Sure was fun. Will loves being a Pre-K student. Nicholas has been teaching him things too. It is so cool to see them working together. Both are still swimming, and Nicholas has now started soccer. he really seems to enjoy that too. We have entered fall here, temps are down, we are having close to Indian Summer type days, rains are still sparse, which is so odd for us. Hiking is on when I can get out, but with the already approaching mountain snows, I will soon have to shift to lowland hikes. Kitties are hanging in there. Vanessa has been off to the vet, as she appears to have GI issues. So we wait for the result of all those tests... Other than that she is her still sweet self.

Hi Michelle,
This is a great report on your family. Neat that the boys are doing so well in school (but how could it be otherwise?). Sending vines for Vanessa. I hope your vet can figure it all out and that it is something that can be easily treated. Meanwhile, our favorite barista and CEO of Coffee Cat continues to make deliveries of our favorite Ethiopian.
We're off to the wedding tomorrow (it's in Vermont, south of Burlington). Rain is in the forecast. It's that new hurricane's influence.

Enjoy your hikes. Too bad the fires were so bad this summer.
So glad to hear that DH is doing well in PT and staying healthy.

@Ella & Rusty & Stu(GA) Thanks Ella. Boys are great! and many thanks on all. We are hoping for good news, treatable news. It is hard to wait through the unknown. Paws are crossed for her. Enjoy the wedding, wow on the weather! So we have heard on weather reporting here, those hurricanes have been such a difficult influence in so many places. THX too on the hikes. I may try tomorrow for one last effort in the North Cascades. Snow showers are possible, so I will need to see how much and if I want to deal with all that causes, lol. On the good side, all this snow and rain in the mountains have taken care of a rather bad wildfire season. Have an excellent weekend!
