Can anyone see any patterns? He did get some old food this morning right before his insulin, but numbers already seemed to be trending up. Any suggestions, advice, tips?

Will he eat fancy feast or similar canned food? At least until your supplies come in and you can switch to the homemade.

Ah! I need to update. I switched him to homemade last night. If you look at notes on my spreadsheet it's noted there. He also got a bit of old dry cat food that was left out this morning from our other cat. :nailbiting:

Ok, well you did just switch him to homemade so I would give it a day or so. Smoky didn't do well on Vetsulin, he would drop fast in first half of cycle and then shoot up again. @JanetNJ has a cat who does well on that insulin. PJ did just start on the insulin so you need more time to see how it works for him

Hey there. You do have a colorful spreadsheet! :)

I'm thinking some of this swinging could be from bouncing. 1 unit seems to last a long time so that your next preshot is low, and then swings back up high. The nadir also seems to be really late in the day which is odd. Maybe if the bouncing settled it would be easier to see what's going on. Could you try lowering to 0.75 for a few days maybe and see if it helps? Then we can reevaluate the dose.
