Yesterday

Hi Everyone,

Rusty had a pretty good day of numbers today. The slightly fat dose seems to be easier to measure. But I think my calipers are wearing out and will need to send for a new one.

Beans took advantage of what was supposed to be the last day of good weather for a week: we went out in our tandem canoe on the St. Regis River. No more color in the trees, but very beautiful color in the blueberry bushes on the shore and in the Tamaracks (larches). Rusty enjoyed a nap and ate his +9 snack enthusiastically. He really likes RAWZ turkey and RAWZ chicken. I'm so happy I found this food. It's expensive, but worth it!

Off now to watch the World Series. Dodgers better play better than they did last night!

Nice numbers for Rusty today. Glad he still likes the RAWZ food. Nice that you got to get out on a paddle today. The World Series has been exciting. Sorry, but I'm cheering for the Astros to win.

It was rainy here today although the sun peaked through for a bit this afternoon. Cooler weather but not terribly cold. There's been a bit of snow near us but thankfully I haven't seen any yet! And we finally have some fall colour. Better late than never I guess!

Go Dodgers! I'm glad they won and didn't have to go into extra innings. It's late here!

Sorry to have missed so many of your posts. It is nice to see Rusty in such good numbers. Love those blues and greens Rusty! Keep them coming!

Your paddle sounds wonderful. Fall is still lingering here, the colors are outstanding this year. But I do believe we are nearing the end of our color run. MT Baker Road is now closed, North cascades will be soon... Winter is on the horizon for sure. All is well here, we are ding great, as are Nicholas and William. They anxiously await Halloween. Kitties are great, and have been enjoying Fall in the catio. They go out, no matter what the weather. Vanessa is doing very well. We have started her treatment for her lymphoma, and she is, so far, handling the meds for that extremely well, with no side effects, reactions, nausea etc. We really hope that continues. She has gained back a few ounces, we will take whatever we can get. So far, things are going well for her. She continues to be her normal self.

This is great news, Michelle. So happy to hear that our Kitteh Barista is doing well on the meds.

I'm sure the boys are looking forward to Halloween. It was Edward's favorite holiday when he was a boy.

Our paws are crossed big time that it does continue this way. A good sign I hope. When I came home from Seattle today Vanessa was waiting by the food bowls. And promptly let me know she was hungry. That too I think it's a good sign. Thanks Ella on the boys. Their family absolutely loves Halloween. It has to be their dad's favorite holiday too. Happy Halloween! Have a great week!
