Pepper is 165 for PMPS. What does should I give her?

I see you gave 1 u. That's a sensible dose I think. Try to get a +2 test this evening.

She's so carb sensitive. But, on a positive note, she likes the blues and yellows in the PM lately.

You might want to consider lowering the AM dose to 1.75u. What's happening is that she's getting less insulin at night, and the lower dose can't hold her numbers down as well, so by morning she's really high. Then the 2u in the morning is holding the numbers down well, but making it scary to shoot the full dose in the PM cycle.

If you lower the AM dose a little, it will raise the PMPS enough that you should be able to shoot the full dose on both cycles which should even things out a bit.

Ok. That makes sense. I am thinking Pepper is carb sensitive. Do you know if there is a wet food that has no carbs in it?

There are a few. If you click on the link in my signature that says food list you can sort by carb level. You could also consider some of the raw foods. Instinct has carbs in it, but rad cat and primal are both very low.

I think you'd have to go to a raw food diet to get that or close to it.

Oh, just a note about the list - the foods that show zeros for all of the categories don't actually mean zero carbs, it means that they didn't provide the info. So don't buy those. :)

Have you scoured Dr. Pierson's food list for the absolute lowest carb canned foods you can find where you live?

Tiki Cat grill and luau varieties are zero carb and very good quality. Only down-side is the price.

Nope it’s shredded...at least the chicken ones (only 2 flavors I fed).

The luau varieties are all shredded, but they're not in gravy. More like a broth.
