Good evening sugar friends, I guess depending on where you are!
I was hoping to get some insight into Murrie's numbers... we've had him fairly regulated in the dark greens over the last few weeks, which has been a great relief. But the last few days, he seems to be trending higher, and has had a few vomits. No changes to food or dosage.
He's got a vet appointment next week, but I'm feeling anxious and was hoping to get maybe some advice or experience?

    If you wouldn't mind...

    Many thanks, Amy + Murrie

Murrie still looks good even with the bg increases. Sorry He vomited. Hope he's feeling better. Myagi vomited his dinner tonight too. :(
    Bumping you for advise. :bighug::bighug:

@Myagi and Heidi Ugh I'm sorry to hear that, it's so heartbreaking when they're not their weird little selves.
I just hope that if something IS going on, I can catch it quick enough. I was feeling so positive about the last week or so : ( It's crazy how fast it can unravel.
Hugs to you and Myagi!! :bighug:

With that 56 yesterday, today's blues are probably just a baby bounce

Murrie is looking darn good and nice and stable to me!! Hopefully he'll be back down into those pretty green numbers soon!!

    They're addicting, aren't they?? :D:D:D

Hmm, I hadn't even considered it could be a bounce. I wonder what would have provoked it.
It is SO rewarding. And I hate that I feel disappointment when he creeps higher... I definitely feel like it's my fault. I can tell he's nauseous right now, I wish I could be of more help.

And major congratulations to you and China!!! Hard work, very well done.

Just the dip down into the 50's is enough to set most cats off on a bounce....some bounce higher than others though so Murrie only bouncing into blues doesn't worry me much....I've seen much worse...like bouncing from 50's to 500's!!

The more time he spends in those lower numbers, the less the bounces should be...and they should clear faster too!

Thank you!! After over 4 years, I really didn't think it was possible, but I guess China had different plans!!

Hmmm... and is it common for bounces to = nausea and vomiting? He had a really big vomit today and Thursday which has really been worrying me. I'm taking him to the vet this week for the vomiting but just hoping to get through the next few days *fingers crossed*.

No, so I think it's a good idea that he's going to get checked over.

You might want to see if you can get your vet to give you some Cerenia or Odansetron to keep around the house for when/if it's needed for nausea/vomiting.
