Yesterday

Hi L&LL,

Rusty's Auntie Linda left for home today and got stuck in Toronto rush-hour traffic. But her kitties were waiting for her and happy to see her. Rusty misses her. His congestion got worse as soon as she left, and after a good breakfast he moped around on the radiator and didn't eat all day until his +9 snack. I hope his sinuses are better soon. If not, I am going to start him on the Pred tomorrow.

Edward and I walked downtown on icy sidewalks. Our driveway is a skating rink. The good snow has gotten hard and crusty/icy. The x-c ski scheduled for tomorrow has been modified to omit the icy trails: we will ski on the ponds and only do one connecting trail. But it should be a beautiful, cold sunny day. I hope Rusty will have rallied by tomorrow. I may stay home if not.

bbl, going downstairs to check on Rusty and try to get him to eat something.

 

I hope Rusty's congestion gets better and his appy picks up. Be careful in those icy conditions.

Rusty got much better this evening. Ate his dinner and sneezed out some of the crud.

Hope Rusty's congestion clears up so you can get out on your hike tomorrow without worrying (although why you'd want to, I'm still not sure about....LOL)

 

It's a ski! Gotta get in all the skiing we can this unpredictable winter.
