Sorry another question. Tried googling but can't find the answer.

Is Lantus still ok if left unrefrigerated for a day or 2?

Sorry just to clarify, if purchased refrigerated, then out for a day or 2, then back in fridge all while unopened it's ok?

Sorry just want to make sure my expensive purchase is all good :)

    OH NO! You've ruined it!!!

    Sorry, couldn't resist. :) :)

Seriously - it's OK even if in and out...

Ok ok. Thanks. So the biggest issue would be to guard against freezing then?

Yes, you don't want it to freeze at all.

As far as leaving it out, we've all done it....if you do it often enough, it may lose efficacy a little sooner than it would have if you'd always kept it refrigerated, but that's about it.

As long as it's clear with no floaties, it's fine

Just for future reference, you can ask all these questions on your daily condo and change the icon to a ? and put the question in your title. Besides many threads in one day being confusing, if you have one thread each day and you link to the previous day’s thread, it adds continuity to your posts. This will help others help you, but perhaps more importantly, it will allow you to easily dig through your old posts if you wanted some info like “I can’t remeber what someone said about pain after dental procedure” and want to find it again.

Ok thanks. Never saw the option for the icon. I'll keep it to 1 post a day.
