    yesterdays post http://www.felinediabetes.com/FDMB/threads/3-11-belle-amps-243-at2-pmps-261-at2.192437/

    AMPS @ 12am (at vet with AT2) 0.5 u
his BG had been very low after. like around 118 to 88

this morning we transfer Belle to his reg vet for hospitalization IV, and brought him back to 24-hr clinic after reg vet closed. at 24-hr clinic , they ran another test on the kidney numbers.

So, after 48 hrs of IV, his kidney numbers hasn't really done down much, and doctors say there might not be improvements further, and suggested it might be time to say goodbye.

he is still there now for overnight, which i will pick him up in the morning, and decide whether to bring him again to reg vet for another day of IV, or bring him home to have him and his sister spend more time together.

It looks to me like it's come down, but I don't have experience to say.
I'm keeping Belle and you in my prayers :bighug:

I'm not sure about the kidney numbers. Maybe @Wendy&Neko can give you some advice. Sending prayers. :bighug::bighug::bighug:

Sorry Belle is not doing well. :bighug: I am not well versed in the US measuring system of kidney numbers. I am used to the world numbers.

The numbers have come down. 48 hours is not enough time to bring the numbers way down, but they are lowering, and may continue the descent into much better numbers. How is Belle otherwise?
