    I'd go with the 2.5 dose again

    Also, Lantus craves consistency. It does best when given at the same dose both AM and PM. It looks like you have changed his dose occasionally based on the Pre-shot test number.

    Lantus dose adjustments are based on how low it takes them, not the Pre-shot number

    Given the size of the drop, could you get a test in 30 to 60 min? I just want to make sure Archie doesn't throw you a surprise and go rocketing into low numbers.

    (FWIW: Given the size of the drop and the high numbers Archie's been visiting, don't be surprised if he bounces back into high numbers.)

    Uff, i was about to post again that he’s back in the ‘hi’ and if that was a bounce or a sign for something bad going on in the back. Thanks for anticipating my worries @Sienne and Gabby (GA)
