Today's AMPS , anything over 300 isn't worth mentioning . But...we had a great day yesterday, Mav had two pretty good cycles, nadirs around 60 in the am cycle, and I suspect he dropped a little more after his +5 last night of 74. I thought he had flattened out, so the AMPS was disappointing. Yet again, one good day, then we go back to the usual high ranges. Nothing I can really change about these patterns but the insulin. Truthfully, I'm getting quite tired of seeing the same old thing. Can't increase, because he's getting low enough, but can't get into a decent consistent pattern either. The Lantus vial is running out, will get to the pharmacy in a week or so to ask for Levemir, at this point, I suppose we can't do any worse.

Sorry Mav is being so bouncy. Maybe Lev will flatten him out.

By the way, your PM numbers haven't been showing up on the US spreadsheet lately.

Thanks Carla, that just seems to be the usual for Mav, a couple of ok cycles, then back into a bounce. Ive tried feeding the curve, changing up carbs, late night checks, on and on. I've had a few folks in some of my previous posts comment Lev helped, I figure I might as well give it a try. Sorry about my lax SS...I was a bit slow updating the US values , but it's been soooo nice and sunny here, and I've been taking some nice long walks with my drooler, as well as doing yard work :). I even see some of my perennials coming out!

Glad you got to get out and enjoy this beautiful weather:) I'm jealous I don't have a drooler to take on walks but not so jealous in the winter:blackeye:.

I think trying out Lev is the way to go. Since you're almost done with the Lantus vial, why not? I hope you get Mav to flatten out a bit. I know its so frustrating...always chasing these numbers. Try and just take the reading, record and that's it. Don't stress about it too much...unless it's lime green/red/or black:arghh:
I've scoured lots of SS and so many are bouncy. I think Mav will settle in. I'm looking forward to see how he does on Lev:bighug::bighug::bighug:

Oh, I'm so excited for you to be able to try Levemir! I am so hoping that it has the same results for Mav that it did for Girlie. Just to get off the rollercoaster is amazing... :bighug::bighug:
