    Today Gizmo is 11!!! Had a pretty low key day, I was stuck as work all day and then only had a moment to stop home and feed and shoot before I had to run to the ex-husbands house to get another load of stuff since he was grumpy I didn't get anything done this weekend.

    Feeling kinda bad since I usually get him a nice present and have a celebration but this year I just didn't have the funds. I'm hoping I can find some craft shows and maybe make a little side cash and do a joint present for both kitties in August for Widgets (civvie) birthday, since August is also Gizmos gotcha month. It's not like they can tell calendars anyways.

    Hes being a bit of a brat tonight. He knocked over a can of juice and is knocking over everything else not nailed down. Thinking I am gonna go load up his mice and let him go hunt as a bonus treat for the night.

    It's crazy to realize I have spent over a third of my life with this little guy. Hes been in my life longer than any relationship and just about all my friendships. I was a baby, just barely legal to drink and just had gotten my first apartment on my own, which is why I adopted him...he was my "I live by myself and nobody can tell me what I can and cant do!" moment. He's moved nearly 900 miles over 2 states and over both peninsulas of Michigan with me. I have lost count of the number of cat-dislikers he has won over with his incredible personality and spark. And despite the headaches he gives me with his intelligence and stubbornness, I wouldnt change it for anything in the world. :cat:

    Love this! My Shmee has been with me 1/3 of my life too, they really are the closest family we have :)
