At 6:10, to my surprise, Buddy was only 200. If I weren't leaving for 10 hours, I would definitely shoot. I will stall and hope to hear from one of you. His history of weird drops just worries me.

Obviously, that should say amps, not ampa.

I would want to see if his numbers are hovering around 200 or if then keep dropping.

FWIW, I don't think his drops are that "weird" but I had a kitty who would dive off of cliffs.

I won't be around to follow -- I'm off to work. Update your subject line and ask for help if you need to. @Bobbie And Bubba may be around.

If he's rising at the next test, I would shoot and leave him some low carb food while you are at work.

    Thanks Ladies,

He was up to 255 so I did shoot. Low carb when I leave and low carb loaded in auto feeder. I feel okay about it. Just panicked - again. Have a great day!

Punishment for son - teach him how to test :D

    Glad you shot this morning.

He actually does know how to test but he isn't very patient. He loves our pets but does not like being inconvenienced by them (in case you didn't know, the world revolves around 17 year olds, LOL) so I try to minimize what I ask him to do for Buddy, other than just feeding him if I am away. He would do test if I asked, but I can't say that I would completely trust him. The one thing he IS REALLY good at is leaving high carb snacks out for Buddy. ;)
