I've just come across what looks like a new range of Weruva 'cats in the kitchen' pate sachets.
They are all under 10% carbs and for people who are looking for low phosphorus, four out of the six have below 250mg/100Kcal.
I know some people's cats don't like the shreds of chicken etc in the Weruva range.....this might be better for those looking for more food ideas to tempt their kitties.
    Has anyone tried them?

They also have new Weruva pate's.....China's tried some of them....some she's eaten, some she hasn't, so I think it's all going to be a matter of trial and error

How do you calculate the mg of phos when they usually give a percentage? Trying to figure out NurtiSource and math hurts.

If you scroll down the page of the link I put in you will see Mineral/100kcal. There is a column that shows the phosphorus amounts.
When you are looking for the amount of phosphorus in a food you need to look for the amount which is calculated per 100 Kcals.
Lisa Pierson's lists have the phosphorus amounts listed in this way. See if you can find what you want there.

Thanks! I checked out the page for the other pates from Weruva. That list must be old though- the NurtriSource foods my local store sells are not on it at all.

Funny I just went to the pet store and bought some Weruva out of desperation because I have raked out of dishes uneaten Fancy Feast Pate and tired of worrying about my diabetic Zoe but even more the healthy kitty Bella who has lost weight and is only 8.5 lbs now because of the distaste of the new diet. I had my cat food info from this site to look for low carb choices to try. They were kibble eaters and a little gravy lovers fancy feast on the side, plus a lot of Temptations treats. It was stressing me out worrying about Bella shrinking. I couldn't even slip her any treats on the side because Zoe knows the sound of the pantry door and the rustle of treats being scooped into my hand. I went and bought a few cans of the Weruva (though most had fish in them and I hope it is ok.) I held my breath as they tried the tuna w/ pumpkin but they loved it! and the bowls were licked clean, first time since the new diet change. Be still my heart! I hope it continues as cats can change but the Friskies was going nowhere with them and Fancy Feast pate was only begrudgingly eaten out of starvation. Naturally they would have to really like the expensive stuff!!
