Update on knee, dr said he almost sure I’ve torn cartilage in my knee, so mri ordered, prednisone, then start meloxicam, ice, wear brace, no squats, no stairs, no pivoting, he said baby it till we get mri results

 

So sorry to hear this. Hope the MRI indicates that all you need is rest, and that your knee heals quickly.

At least now you know what's going on with that knee...or almost - MRI will tell all. Then you can get that fixed - easy little operation to remove that torn cartilage...at least you're not looking at a knee replacement like my DH...his knee is really bad lately - so that's the next step for him

Looks like Bella is in a pretty good place for the start of the day - wish Luci were a little closer to the beach...she's high again this morning...that girl! At least she's been visiting the lagoon just about every day this month...well sometimes at night...but she's getting there for a little healing time

As much as I can, hard to do at work ugh

 

I'm taking breaks every 2 hrs elevating it and ice

 

I'm at work, I took meds, have brave on taking breaks every 2 hrs and elevating with ice pack

 

Mri scheduled for Thanksgiving eve
