It looks to me like she was asking for a dose reduction with that 37 on the 14th. I would go back to the 0.1 dose.
Do you have ondansetron or cerenia for nausea?

Working on that. I have a call in to her vet to get some cerenia or ondansetron today. She was given a little pepcid this morning, which may have helped her to eat at +4.

So the recommendation is for a decrease to .1? that's along the line we were thinking, but she keeps bouncing.

Mala ate a tiny bit more around +8. She drank water. No vomiting. Still waiting on vet call.

Have you tested her for ketones?

Absolutely!....We don't mess around with 30's....even a long term diabetic like China gets a reduction if she drops into the 30's!

Mala is negative for ketones. Checked recently at a vet visit.

She's still not eating much. We hope to get a prescription for cerenia tonight from the emergency vet. Her regular vet called me back and supports the cerenia script. If we can't get it tonight, we'll pick it up tomorrow afternoon.

No vomiting since this morning, but she's definitely off her game.

Yemala came upstairs around +4, yowling and disgrunted. As that's her default condition, it means she feels better.

Had a 59 at +4, ate a good deal of food. She's now cuddling with her Gary and purr-grunting at us when we mess with her.

Still getting Cerenia tomorrow. We'll see if she needs it. Perhaps the pepcid and the laxative we gave her helped. She may have been a bit constipated. Poor baby.

She's in my face now, burping stinky chicken breath at me. This is exactly the Mala that feels well - annoying, in my grill, licking her chops, and exuding food breath.
