    Hopefully he behaves today....

My mom was surprised and my dad seemed to purposefully ignore the whole thing. He doesn't understand why i "torture him so much" and he was "fine" while he was watching him. (Reminder.... my dad didn't perform ANY spot checks the week he watched Gordy... didn't see why they were needed. even after he gave insulin in the 40s....)

Hope Gordie gives a nice safe surf today :)

Wow, that sounds so frustrating! I hope they learn from this experience and listen to you more closely in the future.:bighug:

So Gordy has a big acne break out occurring =( i don't normally call the vet and beg for ABs, but today I did. LOL. Unfortunately, my schedule does not accommodate an appointment until Saturday (which I made). This vet has not seen him for the acne yet, so I don't blame her for wanting to check him out. She did prescribe some Muricin ointment... didnt work last time and I won't have until Saturday  I don't know why she'd do it through this online meds store instead of letting me come pick up. (And my dummy butt drove across town to get said cream.... to be told that *sigh* but i made his appointment then so it wasn't completely pointless.) I'll order it though. May help in future. Im sure the tube I have is long expired.

Until then, ill keep using some Stridex (previous vet recommendation) and trying to clean... which he hates.

A lot of cats get it. Its mainly infected hairs either from an allergy or irritant. Many kitties get it from plastic dishes. Gordy gets his from his insane obsession with a metal brush... and a few plants.
