    Last condo

Even though their late night snack was about 1.5 hours too early, both boys are starting the day in green. Not sure how that makes sense, but I'm not complaining. :D

We had a rather eventful evening. I decided to try World's Best Cat Litter for a change (it was on sale and since other people like it, I figured it was worth a shot). Luckily, I only bought one bag and changed out just one of the boxes. I didn't think much of it until I look at it a few hours later and there was a lot of litter missing. And I mean A LOT.

I have a Labrador mix that has issues with eating inappropriate things, but she doesn't usually just eat clean litter. Kleenex, toilet papers, and paperback novels are more her thing. Well, she must have decided that the new corn-based litter was delicious. Luckily, the litter is flushable and crumbles into smaller pieces after a while. Jersey's stomach made some impressive gurgling sounds and we were up most the night and took lots of trips into the yard, but she seems fine by this morning. And I will never buy that litter again!

    Nice numbers for the boys!

 Does she actually pull books out of a book case, or is it only if the book is left out where she can reach it?
My terrier/sheltie mix likes to eat the clay based litter that has already served it's purpose. Luckily, she does not eat books.

Here, we cannot have toilet paper, Kleenex, feminine products, and occasionally q-tips in our bathroom trash can. We once found a disposable razor in the dog's favorite naughty spot. He even ate a $50 bill!

Yes, she pulls them out of the bookcase. And off of my desk. And once she actually got the textbook for my intro class out of my bookbag. And I got to be the professor the half-eaten book for the rest of the semester. She has also eaten more than one issue of the Whole Dog Journal... but she really liked the one with the articles about the best dog foods.

Yikes - $50?!? I think I would have been mad about that one. I have to keep the bathroom trash and the toilet paper in a closed cabinet with child proof locks. I always have to make sure to tell visitors where they can find the tp since I can't leave any on the roll (or anywhere where Jersey will reach it).

I was furious. He left pieces, but when I took them to the bank, the teller said they couldn't give me a new one because I didn't have the full serial number!

This condo is a fun one to read. :joyful::facepalm:

Yikes on the litter fiasco...and everything else she eats. My SIL just told us a story about her Mom's dog who ate 3 $100 bills as well as her father's $4,000 hearing aids (I'm sure she's eaten many other inappropriate things, too, but those top the list.)

    Goooooo, Mandarin :D:D:D:D:D!

I guess I should be thankful that Jersey prefers cheap paper products!

Jersey doesn't usually leave evidence. She doesn't just like to chew, she eats everything. The fact that she got kicked out of doggie daycare for eating rocks should have been a warning. Or when, during her first training class, she grabbed someone else's squeaky toy and swallowed it. Luckily she didn't get kicked out of that - the trainer probably realized that she needed the class more than anyone else.
