I finally got a pdf of the as fed values for Boreal cat foods. The % they give, is that the value I use, or does it need to be further manipulated?

It looks like they've given percentages by weight.
To get 'percentage of calories' you:
Multiply protein and carbs by 3.5 to get calories from each of those per 100g.
Multiply fat by 8.5 to get calories from fat per 100g.
Add those up to get total calories per 100g.

Then, divide the 'calories from carbs per 100g' by the 'total calories per 100g', and multiply by 100. (Or, divide the 'calories from carbs per 100g' by the 'total calories per 100g'%)
That gives you the 'percentage of calories from carbs'. :)

I only finally did this calculation with one of the foods, and it's showing 11.2% for the lowest carb food. With the ingredient list, it really doesn't seem like it should be that high!
