Just spoke with ADW. I started using my Nova Max Meter when Wal-Mart discontinued the Confirm/Micro meters and strips. I loved the micro. The Nova strips are to temperamental but I need the small drop 0.3 size.

I talked with ADW. They are distributors for the Arkray not manufacturer. As far as they know the strips are NOT being discontinued. I just ordered 600 strips and will go back to the micro.

it's Walmart that's closing out the strips they rebranded as ReliOn -- looks like Arkray, the actual manufacturer, is still selling them -- today would be a good day to travel to some of the other Walmarts within reasonable driving distance, to see if they have any actually there

website known as Brickseek may give you clues as to what inventory Walmart has

I continue to find supplies of 50 Confirm/Micro strips at both my local Walmarts for around $15.

I made out like a bandit -- didn't mind driving 45 minutes away to find Confirm strips for $3 -- expiration dates in 2/20 but the way I have been having to use them, I'll use them up before then

(if something happens, I'll put them up in the supply closet -- but I may need them for DH instead)

check brickseek.com -- somehow that site has access to the inventory in various Walmart stores -- and don't tell the Walmart store where you got the info ...

the strips are still showing at Walmart.com online, for the $14.98 rollback price, but some stores are closing them out at prices ranging from $1.50 to $7

Test strips are a continual need so I appreciate this thread. I just called my nearest Walmart and the pharmacy person said, "I haven't seen those in awhile." So, maybe the stores are clearing them from their shelves in phases. It's probably a good idea to call your Walmart before going.

check their clearance shelves as well as the standard shelves and ask at the pharmacy counter -- that's how I found my Confirm meter, it was on the clearance shelf (months ago) though the pharmacy said they were all gone

and of course, both ADW and Arkray themselves, have the Glucocard01 strips which are exactly the same -- if you look at the strips, and the strip holder, both even say Arkray -- Walmart just rebranded them

may be available through Amazon too -- at a price !

My Wal-Mart doesn't have them anymore. Next one is 2 hrs away. I did get the glucoses ones from ADW. 600 of them arriving tomorrow.

I saw this one and thinking about it. Blood size is same as the confirm/Micro 0.3. That's what I need.
