No internet at the house this morning, so I'm sneaking a post in from work. Scooter is still green, so I'm happy!

Such beautiful greens! I was looking at Scooter's spreadsheet, I forgot that he had to go all the way up to 9.5 units, before decreasing rapidly!! That gives me so much hope right now. (@Stressedcatmom have you looked at his SS?)

We did have to go high. I think Scooter had some insulin resistance or IAA. We broke through whatever it was before I got him tested. It has also taken us 22 months to get here. Longer than most, but it is possible. Don’t give up hope, you will at least get Macka regulated, if not OTJ. Regulated is also very nice!

Internet was back on when I got home!
I’m glad I found out last night there isn’t a too low when not on insulin, since Scooter gave me a 46 tonight!
Scooter and I are enjoying all of your sweet posts!

 

We posted at the same time. I think his pancreas is working pretty well! It feels very strange to get a 46 and do nothing.

Lol! I think someone needs to write one. After 22 months of testing and shooting I almost feel like I’m neglecting him.

 

We were at it for over 3 yrs. before our big day and I still wake up the odd night and think OMG, have to test Menace. Old habits die hard!
