    Hi and welcome to fdmb
It certainly sounds as if it could be FD.
What I am concerned about at the moment is that your kitty may have ketones in the urine and blood which can develop in undiagnosed cats when they are not getting insulin, they are not eating/vomiting and they have an infection....which the cloudy urine sounds like a UTI to me.
Also the lethargy and vomiting is a great concern.

If I were you I would take my kitty to the vet immediately and say that you suspect feline diabetes and ketones and possibly DKA.
Ketoacidosis can develop rapidly in cats who have ketones and is a life threatening illness.
We often have cats arrive here that are post DKA.
If your kitty does have ketones or DKA he will need immediate treatment and to be admitted for care.
If this is the case, we can help you once he has been discharged from hospital.

Please take him there now. And please let us know how he gets on.. we are concerned.

I agree with Bron. This could be DKA and could be critical.

What Bron & Sienne have said.
It could be DKA, it could be diabetes & a UTI (very very common in diabetic cats), it could be all of the above.
Regardless, vet care is needed now.

You need to get this cat to the vet immediately. These are serious symptoms and having persisted for four days already means it is not going to get better on its own. Unless you're asking simply so you'll know what it died of, get it to the vet, now!

Whatever it sounds like we're not preaching or shaming you. This is something serious and we're all volunteers, not a board of vets.
Get to a vet and then keep in contact with us. If money is an issue we'll talk about that later.
    Keep us updated, safe journey.

I agree, please see your vet ASAP. Let us know how he is doing and if it is FD, we can help you learn everything you need to care for a diabetic cat.

I just wanted to say thank you all very much❤❤❤really...even though I did not have the money I took from my remt money and took rocky to the vet because of your comments. She said that it is not DKA thank god..nor blockage in UT...she gave him a shot of ABT pretty certain it was UTI, I am happy to say our ROCKY is up and moving tonight, eating, back to himself..The vet has wellness plan so if this did not work I woulf have went with labs included with wellness plan. You all were very helpful little

Thanks for updating us. I am so glad it was not ketones or DKA and the UTI is being treated.
He sounds much better. And he is gorgeous, as is Missy.
