    They can put antibiotics in the left one and pack it but it would hurt I'm sure so bad so I won't do it

    Sorry to read this. Any other options? Did you reach out to the internal med specialist to see if they had any ideas if this was the regular vet. Just a thought...there may not be many other options :(
