All the usual stuff here. Breffis eaten, water drunk. Nap taken. Didn't feel like eating again(at +1, or 2), and I didn't try to convince him. He knows what he wants.

Ann, my attitude won't be so good, when he takes a dive at +3, but I'm not totally convinced that artificially raising his number is best, because if he needs a decrease, how would I know, if I'm keeping his numbers up?

Morning Barb & Checkers! Nice +2 for checkers this morning! I think the feeding when the numbers are dropping works for awhile, but if they want a dosecrease, they will manage getting down there no matter what you do! The low numbers come eventually so no worries on that score. But one can never really force a kitty to eat when they don't want to, right?

You're right about that, Pat. Checkers has never been a good eater. Most times I have to put chicken dust on his food, thanks to you for telling that trick.
I've tried lots of different foods, and always come back to Fancy Feast. He is a pain to feed.
