AMPS=294

Shot 0.75 (increase)

Ate all his fudz last night (even after the pill disaster).

Ate all PS food in one sitting (he has been going back after shot and finishing - but this morning he ate it all first). He seems better and got lovins this morning and we were both enjoying it - I skipped the +11.

I am really not sure what the carb content of the a/d is.
Catinfo database: 12% carb, 209 phos
Tanya's: 13.2% carb, 1.15 phos
And the datasheet: 3.7 (as-fed)/15.4 (dm), 0.24 (as-fed)/209mg (as-fed calorie based).

May try a LC food again tonight (but I may wait till this weekend). At least he isn't eating the kitty krack (FF) and I now have plenty of a/d cans and an rx for more if I need it.

Happy Hump day.

Good news that Gizmo’s appy is improving and I hope you all had good night’s sleep. Vines that Gizmo feels better each day. ❤️:bighug:❤️

I’m so glad he’s eating for you.

The pilling stuff is such a nightmare. Just another little tip, the empty capsules I had on hand were too large and until I could get more in the mail, I used some I had on hand (the methyl b12 ones were small enough and could fit the pill I was giving) and just dumped out the supplement and reused the gelcap for the pill.

Wanted to ask you about digestive enzymes, am considering it for Asia. Did you find them helpful and did you notice any differences after starting them?

I hope the increase brings some of those yellows down and more feel better vines for Gizmo! :bighug:

IDK - I have been giving the RX DE. It was prescribed by my vet at the time Gizmo had his first pancreatitis flare (2+ years ago). I have been considering getting the DE that Marje suggested (here) because she says he shouldn't get the RX DE unless he has been diagnosed with EPI(?). But I am going to hold off ordering the non-RX DE until after the GI panel is done because it will show if he has EPI(?) or not.

Per Marje - all cats should be on DE (I will see if I can find that post but I am at work and can't spend a lot of time looking).

ETA - links (that was easier than I thought it was going to be - lol).

Thanks, I was getting it confused with pancreatic enzymes as well.

Hi Lizzie, I am glad that he is eating better. Yeah for loving this AM! :cat:

Is he all better with the limping?

Don't know about the carb count for the A/D. Did his higher PS coincide with the start of it?
